The setting we wanted for our restaurant goes through the passion for the genuine products of the countryside, for the natural life and simplicity in the kitchen, as it has been handed down to us by our grandparents since childhood, when following them for the campaign, we have learned to work the pig and to cultivate the vegetable garden, to make natural preserves of tomatoes and jams, as well as to pick olives to extract the famous yellow gold. In the wake of this experience we have put to good use our passion and the ability to transform the products of the earth to share this experience with the visitors of our local and reach the goal of genuine products at reasonable prices. This is the philosophy but also the strength of the SORPASSO .
On these premises, in addition to small direct production, we carefully select our suppliers among small artisan producers, to make our menu every day with fresh products.
